Do you find your life is super busy right now and the health/weight loss goals you set at the start of the year have started to fall by the way side?
Often we can get into the trap of thinking that when things settle down we'll have more time and can work on improving our eating or lifestyle habits then.
The problem is... that time never comes or it's so far away that we end up back at square one when we eventually get there.
What if instead you were able to integrate healthy eating and lifestyle habits in and around your busy lifestyle?
Today I'm going to show you exactly how to do this.
Lets get started!
1. Start by tweaking those little habits that are not serving you right now
This could include going to bed late and waking tired most mornings. You could tweak this by aiming to go to be 30-60min earlier so you wake more refreshed.
It may be sitting all day at work in front of the computer. You could tweak this by setting an alarm to get up every few hours and doing a lap around the office. You could even do a quick 10-15min walk during your lunch break (remember: you're entitled to a lunch break and its there for a reason).
2. Look at ways to make healthy upgrades to what you're already eating
This may include adding more veggies/salad to your lunches and dinners, it could be swopping white bread/pasta for whole meal or swopping refined sugar treats for more nutrient dense treats.
3. Identify things you can do to save time during the week
This may include spending 20min planning our your weekly meals, making extra each night or 1-2 meals in bulk or even buying a few pre-made meals for the freezer etc... Imagine not having to worry about what you're going to make for dinner each and every night?

In Summary....have a think about 3 things you can start doing this week whether that's going to bed earlier, adding more veggies into your dinners or spending 20min on the weekend planning out your weekly meals.
Start doing them this week, there is no time like the present.
You'll be surprised at how a few simple tweaks/changes can help you easily integrate healthy habits into your busy life.
