My Top 5 Health & Nutrition Podcasts

A great habit to get into, especially if you often drive or take transport to work or are simply cleaning the house, is listening to podcasts. Podcasts are a great learning tool and you can hear from all kinds of health experts and get great tips and ideas on how to cook healthy meals, improve your mindset, create healthy habits or just learn more about health and nutrition as a whole. Today I wanted to share with you My Top 5 Favourite Health and Nutrition Podcasts and why they are my favourites. Lets get straight into it :) No 1: The Life Coach School Podcast My first favourite is the Life Coach School. It isn't technically health and nutrition, but is great for improving your mindset and working on personal development. Brooke Castillo is the host and she also runs a life coaching school.
