Today I wanted to share with you 5 of my favourite vegetarian dinner recipes ...and show you a new product I've created just for vegetarians.
I always recommend having some vegetarian dinner ideas to hand as it opens you up to wide variety of different nutrients and gives the digestive system a break from animal protein.

Chickpea, Carrot and Zucchini Patties
These patties contain chickpeas which are a great source of protein, fibre, iron, vitamin B6 and magnesium. These patties are freezer friendly, go well with a leafy green salad or even make a great snack.
Vegetarian Quiche
This vegetarian quiche goes well with a salad and can be had for dinner or lunch! It's freezer friendly too and makes working out what to eat on those long and busy work day that much easier.
Potato, Zucchini and Bean Stew
This tasty dish contains healing herbs such cumin which aids in digestion, relieving stress and improving concentration plus turmeric which has anti-inflammatory properties, improves brain function and increases the body’s antioxidant capacity. This dish is also great source of protein and again, freezer friendly!
Haloumi with Roast Vegetables with Cous Cous
This dinner recipe is served with Haloumi cheese and is packed full of vegetables and contains cashews which are rich in protein, magnesium, some B vitamins.
Wholemeal Mexican Wraps
Did someone say Mexican? This tasty dish contains kidney beans which are a great source of fibre and protein. You can even make up the bean mixture in advance and freeze it to make preparing this dish even easier.
