Louise Ellen Nutrition, ABN 21 145 678 (referred to as “we”, “us” or “our”) owns the website available at Louiseellennutrition.com.au (Site) and is the provider of the Empowered Healthy Habits Program (program).
Louise Ellen Nutrition operates in accordance with Australian Competition and Consumer Law.
Refunds for change of mind without taking part in the program, or before the official start date of the program, will not be accepted.
Financial hardship is not a valid reason for request for refund.
If you work through the first two modules and you are not totally happy with this program you can cancel your program membership within 14 days of the purchase of the course and receive a full refund.
Specific requirements to be eligible for a refund:
You must demonstrate that you have participated in the program by joining and participating in the private Facebook Group - this requires that you have introduced yourself to the community, responded to at least 4 posts during the first 2 weeks (not all on one day before requesting a refund).
You must demonstrate that you have participated in the group coaching calls (via zoom) by attending live and commenting during the calls or having watched the live replay and commenting on the post it was shared via.
You must complete and submit all worksheets from Module 1 and 2 with your request for cancellation of your program membership and refund.
Your request for cancellation of your program membership must be in writing by notifying within 14 days from, but not before, the official program start date.
Processing your refund request:
We will reply by email within 2 business days to inform you whether your request for cancellation and a refund has been approved.
If your request is approved, an electronic refund will be issued within 7 working days from notification of approval.
Refund requests after the 14 day period will not be approved under any circumstances.
