I got all inspired on the weekend and decided that it's been far too long since I've run a challenge. So, I'm excited to share that I'll be running the 5 Day Creating Healthy Habits Challenge in a few weeks time!!
I’ve not run a challenge for nearly 2 years! Can you believe that? It’s been a crazy time with the whole COVID and change in work situation.
However, I'm running my nutrition clinic full time now and have decided to jump back into running another challenge!
If you’ve done this challenge in the past you’ll know it’s a lot of fun, its highly motivational, there is a great prize draw and it’s a great way to give you a kick start in making real and sustainable change.
Plus… normally I open up enrolments to the Empowered Healthy Habits Program after the challenge, however not this time...

3-PART SERIES STARTING THURSDAY
So, to kick things off and to get you ready for the 5 Day Challenge(you’ll be invited to sign up for this in a few weeks time) I’ll be doing a 3 part series on the key blocks that often prevent women from making sustainable change.
The first email will be making an appearance in your inbox on Thursday and will talk about that “lack of motivation” we often feel when attempting to make positive change and how to turn this around in a way that is simple, easy and sustainable.
