The number one thing I often hear when it comes to changing eating habits and/or leading a healthier lifestyle is "I don't have the time".
...which I totally get, because I used to be like that too! It was one of my main excuses because it was easier to say "I don't have the time" than try and create more time.
But, then I realised there are always pockets of time available, we just don't see them because we're sleeping in, watching TV or doing things the long way around vs. the quick way.
And if you really do want to change your eating habits so you can lose those extra kilo's, have more energy or feel happier within yourself then finding those pockets of time is well worth it.
One of those pockets of time that saves you time and helps you eat healthier is getting up 10-15 minute earlier to prep your food for the day.
When you have your food prepared and ready to go you don't have to worry and waste time on what you're going to eat for the day, it's already done for you. Plus it helps you prevent eating unhealthy foods, which can make you feel blagh and guilty afterwards plus take you away from your health goals.
In the below video I share with you how I do this with my morning routine.
It's amazing how much time you can save by getting up 10-15 minutes earlier and prepping your meals for the day.
Give it a try tomorrow morning... you'll thank yourself for it!
It really does take the pressure off working out what to eat during the day and helps you avoid eating unhealthy foods, which can make you feel blagh and guilty afterwards plus take you away from your health goals.
