My Top 5 Health & Wellness Books



If you like to read (or listen to audiobooks) and better understand why the body or mind does what it does then I trust you'll get a lot out of todays email.


Today I thought I'd share with you my Top 5 Favourite Health and Wellness Books and why you may benefit from reading them also!


Lets get straight into it :)


Hormone Repair Manual by Lara Briden

This book is perfect for those over 40 who are starting to go through peri menopause or who are in the thick of it. It is a guide for understanding and overcoming the symptoms and helps you navigate through this change of life.


Atomic Habits by James Clear

This book is all about the compounding effect of small decisions and habits. the Author goes into depth about how these small changes can grow into life altering outcomes. I love this book as it resinates with everything that I am about which is how small changes makes a big difference!


Rushing Women's Syndrome by Dr Libby Weaver

If you're always in a hurry, rushed off your feet or are in a constant state of stress then this is a recommended read. The Author explains how a stressful and fast paced life can have detrimental effects on a women's nervous system, adrenal glands, reproductive system, digestive system and emotions.


You Are What You Eat by Dr Gillian McKeith

This is an oldie but a goodie and is beautifully illustrated. The Author helps you to understand the basics of nutrition and healthy eating and talks about what to eat and why, body signs, food labels, super foods etc... its a great book to help you better understand how to eat healthier and life a healthy lifestyle.


GUT by Dr Giulia Enders

This is a fun and interesting book to read that helps you better understand the workings of the gastrointestinal system and explains the basics of nutrient absorption to the latest science linking bowel bacteria with depression.
