Fallen off track with your weight loss efforts?

Updated: Sep 7, 2023

It's easy to fall off the wagon with good eating and exercise habits when you feel tired.

Not to mention if you're super busy with work, running a household, tied up with social events or... well the list goes on doesn't it!

If you've found that you've fallen off track with your weight loss efforts due to any of the above reasons, know that there are 3 simple things you can do today to get yourself back into it.

1. Review your expectations vs capacity

Often we set ourselves up to fail by having great expectations and setting lofty goals that are simply not achievable as we haven't taken into account our capacity to carry them out.

2. Start small and build from there

Small changes are more manageable and sustainable long term. When we making big changes to our diet and lifestyle habits we often cannot stick to them long term as we are already at full capacity with other areas of our life like work, home, family & social.

3. Look at ways to save time and make thing easier for yourself

There are a variety of things you can do to save time and make things easier for yourself such as: meal planning, online food shopping, making extra so you have leftovers for lunches or freezer meals, short exercise bursts throughout the day vs exercising in one long block etc...

In Summary, when you put things in place that you know you can do, start small and build from there as well as implement things that are time saving it helps keep you on track with your weight loss efforts as you've made sustainable changes that you can stick to long term.

Give these 3 things a go today, you'll be surprised at how a few simple changes can make a big difference!

Also, in a few weeks time I'll be running a promotion that you may be interested in....

As you may be aware I'm going on maternity leave from 16 October 2023 for 5 to 6 months and I thought I'd put together a once off discounted sustainable weight loss bundle that includes some of my physical in-clinic planning products (not available online).

Watch this space... I'll be talking more about this next week!
