Causes Of Cravings And How To Overcome Them

I wanted to share a video with you today about cravings because it's something so many individuals struggle with and it can be resolved much easier than you think.

When you have a craving for something such as lollies, cake or KFC it can be near impossible to resist that urge to not eat it and when you do you feel awful about it, which can affect your self esteem and confidence.

You'll be surprised at how many clients I see who struggle with cravings and they feel so much guilt and disappointment in themselves when they eat something they know is not good for them.

I used to struggle with cravings myself (for years!) until I learnt how to overcome them in a way that is much easier than trying to resist eating that thing that is going to make me feel blahhh afterwards.

There is a simpler and easier way to overcome cravings, which is what I'll share with you in todays video.

We've just been thinking that resisting the urge to eat something is the only way to overcome the cravings... but there is another way.
