Today I wanted to share with you 5 things I never buy from the Supermarket and my reasons for not buying them.
There is so much rubbish food out there that is harmful to our bodies and are things that our body doesn't even recognise as food!
In my opinion these foods should not be classed as food at all and instead seen as dangerous because they contain chemicals, preservatives, colours and additives that can cause harm to your health. Plus our bodies are not designed to process these types of foods.
