If you binge eat you're not alone. This is something so many women do and it can cause you to feel this deep disappointed within yourself, like you have no self control or inner strength which affects your self esteem and confidence. 

Please know that you're not alone in feeling this way and there is not something fundamentally wrong with you, It's simply a habit that is not serving you anymore and can be turned around.
