My name is Louise Ellen, I'm a qualified Nutritionist and I run a home-based clinic in Darwin as well as an online clinic for those interstate.

I work with individuals who in the past had dieted on and off for years and achieved little results.

It affected their self image, confidence and caused emotional eating not to mention the feeling of restriction and deprivation when on a diet!

But what has worked time and time again is helping them create healthy habits in a way that is simple and easy so they can lose those extra kilos and keep them off for the long term and having support and accountability to stay motivated and on track.

Will I get personalised advice? 
You sure will! You can ask questions during the live group training sessions and post your questions in the private Facebook Group which I'll respond to personally.

Will I have to follow a specific eating plan or weigh myself regularly? No, this membership is not about that. It's about looking at what habits you could put in place, tweak or change to help you improve your eating and lifestyle habits overall (inc. sleep, stress, movement, nutrition, planning etc...). 

What if I'm not wanting to lose weight? Then you're in the right place! This membership is all about putting healthy habits in place to help you lead a healthy lifestyle. One of the benefits of doing this is sustainable weight loss, however so is having more energy, feeling happier within yourself, organised, empowered and confident, clear minded, nourished and more. 

What sort of topics will be covered? We'll be covering a wide variety of topics including: mindset, meal planning, reducing stress, nutrition, movement, putting self care practices in place and more. We will be looking at all aspects of our health which makes up the whole.

How much time do I need to commit each week? I would suggest that you'll need to put aside at least 30 minutes a week which may include attending live trainings and coaching sessions, participating in group discussions (if you so choose) and taking action to achieve your desired outcome.

Can I go at my own pace? Of course! You can participate as much or as little as you want. There will be no pressure put on you to achieve a certain results by a certain time. It's about creating a space where you feel supported, can learn new things and have accountability if you want it. 

Am I too young or old to join? This group is perfect for women of all ages as its a support group and the monthly trainings will cover a variety of different topics that are not age specific.

How do I access the membership? Once you've enrolled you'll receive a welcome email and be invited to join the Private Facebook Group where this community will be run from. You'll receive email notifications about the monthly live trainings and group coaching sessions also.

How do I access the monthly training and coaching sessions? The monthly training and coaching session will be run via Zoom. You'll receive a Zoom link via email and links to any handouts/worksheets that go with.

What if I miss the live trainings? Replays will be made available for all live trainings and coaching sessions. If you have a specific question you want answered you can submit this prior to the session and have it answered. There will also be downloadable handouts and worksheets provided also.
