Nourished Habits 6 Week Program

This program has been designed to help you change your eating habits so you have more energy throughout the day, know what to eat to lead a healthier lifestyle and are able to lose the excess kilo’s and keep them off for the long term. 

 

How it works

Over a 6 week period we’ll spend 1 hour together each week (or fortnight if that suites better) via phone or in person, depending where you’re located.

 

During each session we’ll go through 1 of 6 key elements which make up the Nourished Habits Program and create a weekly action plan to monitor and track your progress.

Advanced Goal Setting

We’ll start by delving into advanced goal setting where you’ll learn how to clearly define your ultimate goal, better understand your strengths & weaknesses, put things in place to help you improve your weaknesses and set 6 week, 6 month & 1 year goals. 

Basics of Nutrition

You’ll then learn all about the basics of nutrition including what nourished eating actually is, what the tangible benefits are to you personally and 12 key principles of nourished eating. You learn some interesting facts and misconceptions that you may have believed since a child.

We’ll also work on breaking those bad eating habits and creating new nourishing habits and rituals that serve you better!

Week 4: Meal Planning

From there we’ll do a comprehensive meal planning session which will cover how to find and select healthy recipes, how to add them to your meal planner in a way that reduces meal prep time using my formula which makes the whole process so much easier! Plus we’ll populate a shoppinglist for you so all you have to do is buy the ingredients to get started!

Week 5: Empowered Mindset

Then we work on creating an empowered mindset. This is one of the most important weeks out of this program. You’ll learn 5 powerful tools that you can use straight away to feel stronger, more confident and resilient.  

Week 6: Preventing Setbacks

Lastly you’ll learn how to prevent setbacks because sometimes life gets in the way and rather than letting all the good work you’ve put in fall away due to a setback you’ll learn 6 key tools to prevent that from occuring.
